Privacy note
This covers the Quiltwork waitlist on this page. It's short because we keep very little.
What we store
When you join the waitlist, we store exactly this:
- Your email address (trimmed and in lowercase).
- Which devices you ticked (iPhone, iPad, Android), if you answered.
- Which games you play now, if you answered.
- How you found the page: a campaign or referral tag from the link, or the address of the page that linked here.
- Your country (just the two-letter code, worked out by Cloudflare from your connection).
- The date and time you signed up.
We don't store your IP address. To stop spam, we briefly keep a scrambled one-way code (a salted hash) made from it that can't be turned back into the address. It's deleted within about two hours. The puzzle on this page doesn't need an account, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we use it for
- An email when the beta opens.
- An email when the app launches.
- Maybe one short survey about what you'd like from the app.
Nothing else. We never sell your email address.
Unsubscribe or delete any time
Every email we send will have a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any of our emails and ask us to delete your details, and we will. We'll add a direct contact address here soon.
Where it's kept
Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the Quiltwork developer's own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare hosts it, and only the developer can read it. It isn't shared with a mailing-list company or anyone else.
